A Very Benders Christmas - Single Origin

Our annual Christmas tradition: find a coffee that tastes like pure festive chaos, in a good way.

This year’s drop is an absolute festive banger from Campo Hermoso / Santuario Project.
It’s a Pink Bourbon Natural Rose Mossto co-fermentation bringing serious Santa’s-candy energy.
We’re talking: cherry Starburst, Turkish delight, soft florals, and a whole lot of holiday magic.

TECHNICALS (for the curious):
Cherries are hand-picked, soaked, and fermented anaerobically for 24 hours.
Then CO₂ is added for carbonic maceration, where the mossto (the cherry’s sweet fruit juice) is extracted.
The mossto is infused with rose water and mixed back through the coffee, boosting those candy aromatics before drying and resting.
