Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if placed before 11 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time. If that's not possible, your order will be shipped the next business day. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders are sent via Australia Post. Once your order ships, you'll receive another notification with tracking details.
If you choose to pick up your order, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions when it's ready. Pickup location: 31b Crescent Road, Waratah NSW 2298 Australia.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (via Australia Post): $8.50 including GST, typically takes 2-8 business days.
- Express Shipping (via Australia Post): $12.95 including GST, typically takes 1-4 business days.
For express shipping on orders over 5 kg, we may use carriers such as TNT Express or DHL. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.
Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping via Australia Post's standard service, typically taking 2-4 business days.
If your order hasn't arrived within 8 days of the shipping date, please email us at mace@thebenders.coffee so we can investigate.
Order Status
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to check its progress. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you don't receive your order within 8 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mace@thebenders.coffee with your name and order number.
